We connected the public property records of 1070 counties across 49 states into one searchable map. Draw an area — a block, a subdivision, a retail corridor — and see who owns everything inside it, free, with tenure, sale history, and likelihood-to-sell scoring. Then work those owners through a real pipeline: statuses, action plans, and team tools built for how brokerages actually prospect.

For the data that isn't public — phone numbers, emails, nationwide coverage — we made an unusual choice: we don't sell it. You connect your own data-provider account and pay wholesale rates directly, with no markup from us. We charge a flat, honest software fee, and your data relationship stays yours.
