Why is there no “data fee”?

County property records are free in every covered county — owner names, property details, sale history, no per-lead cost. For skip tracing and nationwide data, connect your own BatchData, idiCORE, Regrid, or ATTOM API key: enrichment runs on your account at your provider's rates, with zero markup from us. Most tools resell data with a margin baked in — we'd rather charge a fair software fee and let you keep wholesale data pricing.

Common questions

What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your leads and pipeline are saved, and you subscribe to keep working — we never charge you automatically, because we don't take a card up front.
How do seats work?
The base plan includes your seat. Invite a teammate and they're $20/month, prorated automatically; remove them and the charge stops. The head broker holds one subscription for the whole team.
Do I need a data provider?
No — free county data works out of the box. Bring a provider key whenever you want skip tracing (owner phone numbers and emails) or coverage beyond our counties.
