Coverage/Maine

Free Maine property owner data,
16 counties covered

Maine's organized towns are covered through the Maine GeoLibrary's statewide parcel data — owner names, mailing addresses (so absentee owners are flagged), and assessed values across most of the state, from Portland and Bangor to Lewiston, Augusta, and Bar Harbor. Depth varies town by town: many towns also publish sale history and lot size, while others (Portland included) submit owner and value only, and Maine's data carries no beds/baths or year built. Some smaller towns publish maps without assessing data yet, and the vast Unorganized Territory isn't included.
